@Juke34 Here is the braker3 gtf file. It is zipped as an upload of other file types is not allowed. Best, Galaxy14-[BRAKER3_on_data_2_and_data_13__GTF_Annotation].zip

It is processed in ~1 minute out of galaxy with AGAT v1.2.0. So the problem is related to galaxy, I cannot do anything.
