Synchronize scripts in /bin from original location /annotation/tools/xxx #87

Scripts in bin are justa copy of scripts in their original locations e.g. /annotation/tools/fasta/gaas_fasta_statistics.pl. I realized it was not synchronized i.e. modification have been done to the same script in bin and in its original location. It should be fixed now. I only have a doubt for gaas_create_annotation_project.pl where a I kept the one from /bin that contains much recent updates (I copied it into /anotation/tools/manager/). Can someone have a look if modification that was present in /anotation/tools/manager/gaas_create_annotation_project.pl had to be incorporated in some way?

the newest modification from Johan should be kept yes, not the other ones
