Add some basic statistics on GERP scores to pipeline report for threshold decisions #2
While the histogram is informative to see the general distribution of GERP scores, I don't think it is clear enough to make threshold decisions (at least, that was my experience). I think it would also be interesting to have a 95/99/... hard quartile number.
