Make final iteration optional #70

When one is not interested in actual expression counts, this justs eats up unnecessary CPU hours.

This is already possible, just run igdiscover run nofinal. Should we make this the default?

Yes, make it the default.

I’ve heard different opinions from different users, so I’m not going to change it for now.
