More Unittests #296

The PR includes:

Bringing Unittest coverage to ~60%
Adding coveralls.io badge see https://coveralls.io/github/NBISweden/LocalEGA (coveralls will only run on TRAVIS see tests/coveralls.py)

Regarding the unittests:

excluding lega/utils/logging.py among the previous excluded files;
Added DB, FS, and small tests for Ingest, vault, verify;
Small improvements in descriptions;
