Bugfix: Run checksum always #346

The actual code to calculate and compare the checksum was indented one step too far and would therefore only be un in case the checksums were found in a companion file.

I think that line 51 is on the correct indentation level, but maybe that should be outdented as well.

This is not an issue anymore in the stable ids branch.
