Make the script run in the backend

We want to make sure we can run the script in the backend. To do this we need the following:

• Install all script dependencies in a container
• Include demo data set
• Include example script setup with example parameters
• Run the container on serve.scilifelab.se

Definition of done

• There exists a container which includes all dependencies to run the script
• The container can run on serve.scilifelab.se

Pausing work awaiting potential script improvements that may or may not change some of the dependencies (clustalw). The work is being done in #1
