Change default frontend for installations depending on conda>=23.10.0 #147

With the conda 23.10.0 release, the default solver changes to libmamba, meaning the use of --conda-frontend mamba can be swapped for --conda-frontend conda where applicable. One such case is in the test script runtest.sh.
