Correct patch commit explanation, link to an example #46

I believe, git commit -p was not correct here and changed to git add -p. Also, added an example on StackOverflow.

Right, I see. I was apparently living happily with add -p and was not aware of the commit -p. Sorry for the fuzz than nd thx for the quick explanation.
