Not possible to download templates for batch upload of Samples and Runs in the Submitter Portal #12

What I tried to do I clicked on the download icons in order to download the templates.

What I expected to happen I expected to be able to download the templates.

What actually happened I got an error message (404 page was not found).

Steps to reproduce the result

  1. Log in to the Submitter Portal
  2. Click on the download icons for the templates under Samples and Runs.

The same error message displayed for both Samples and Runs when I tried today (2023-04-05).

Checked today that it is possible to download templates for both Samples and Runs.
