Pull request long description:

Update peewee to the latest version, including syntax updates. Also sets a name for the database used by travis: peewee won't work otherwise.

Changes made:

db_table -> table_name
db_column -> column_name
related_name -> backref
<backref>_prefetch -> <backref>
_data -> __data__
The database used by travis is namned swefreq
