Add draft for new schedule #248

This PR adds a draft for a new on-site schedule. Currently, coffee breaks are 20 minutes long and take place sometime during 10:00 to 10:30 before lunch and 14:20 to 14:40 in the afternoon. Lunch is between 12:00 and 13:00 every day. A daily wrap-up is at 15:45 every day, except the last day when it's at 15:30.

Since we are on-site and thus have more time some of the sessions have increased in length (according to the responses from last course round's evaluation form). The following table show the old and new lengths of each session, for comparison (weird numbers are due to rounding).

<html xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" xmlns:x="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:excel" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40">

Session | Old time | New time -- | -- | -- Git | 2.5 | 2.5 Conda | 1.5 | 1.75 Snakemake | 4 | 4.08 Nextflow | 4 | 4 R Markdown / Quarto | 1.5 | 1.83 Jupyter | 1.5 | 1.92 Containers | 3.75 | 5.08 Putting it together | 1.25 | 2.17

Major differences are for the container sections, which increased ~1.5 hours, so there should be plenty of time there. The last "putting it all together" session is also longer, so that the students can actually get started with incorporating the tools into their own projects for a little while longer while having access to teachers to ask questions.

Okay, new schedule with days ending at 17:00 (wrap-up at 16:45) looks like this:

<html xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" xmlns:x="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:excel" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40">

Session | Old time | New time -- | -- | -- Git | 2.5 | 2.50 Conda | 1.5 | 1.75 Snakemake | 4 | 4.33 Nextflow | 4 | 4.42 Quarto | 1.5 | 2.00 Jupyter | 1.5 | 2.17 Containers | 3.75 | 5.17 Putting it together | 1.25 | 4.92

Biggest change will be the last day, which is basically dedicated entirely to "Putting it all together". I thought about just portioning out the time to the other sessions more or less equally, but the more I thought about it I think that there's no reason to spend extra time when it's not needed, and that the students might actually benefit quite a lot from getting a whole day for just applying what they've learnt on their own project(s). Last day is a bit shorter as well (wrap-up at 15:45), since it's a Friday. Thoughts, @johnne ?
