Find two helpers for the workshop #2

  1. Zoom helper: in charge of the zoom call, incl. managing breakout rooms and time keeping
  2. Technical issue helper: available for participants who have technical issues with zoom etc.

Back up plan: reduce number of participants, organize zoom rooms & time keeping ourselves (e.g. Verena stays with 2 participants in the main room).

Found one helper (Jeanette), with the current number of participants we probably won't need another helper
