Embed geolocations in digital objects for upload into RS

Use exiftool to embed lat/lon. Needed for all digital objects -

• [ ] mining district files
• [ ] air photos
• [ ] thin section scans
• [ ] open file reports
• [ ] rocks and minerals

Probably others but start here, in this order.
