Your code looks fine and you completed all tasks. The second plot is very nice, you could have added a title to the first plot too. I found it a little irritating while reading that the comments were sometimes above and sometimes next to the code. But I guess that's also a matter of taste. I don't think it's necessary to subtract a point for these small remarks, therefore I would still give you all the points.
