Min/Max/Mean values on plots aren't displaying correctly if values are very small #267

What happened?

With certain variables, the statistics for mean/max/min are not being shown properly on the plots if the values are very small. Large values like PSL don't seem to be affected.

Example: polar plots of QFLX online diags

NPL (CISL machines only)

This is a bug happens on any of the machines the ADF can run on.
