What is this new feature?

It might be nice to have a ChangeLog in the ADF (similar to what is in CAM). I thought I would gather otehr's thoughts.

Yes, I am requesting a new feature but won't have time to develop it

I guess a changelog would go along with ADF tags or "versions." Looks like we haven't had a new tag in almost a year.
