Update wiki with latest changes

I'm going through the video of the walk-through and there are few things that aren't up to date in the wiki. Thought I'd start this here and others can add what they've noticed needs to be changed.

1) https://github.com/NCAR/ADF/wiki/Contributor's-Guide

• Replace CAM_diagnostics with ADF
• Others?

2) https://github.com/NCAR/ADF/wiki/CAM-diagnostics-package-examples#running-a-cam-vs-cam-comparison-on-casper

• Replace CAM_diagnostics with ADF (Step 5
• Replace config_cam_baseline.yaml with config_cam_baseline_example.yaml
• Others?

Done 1 & 2. But we probably need to update the run settings. Since they are (nicely) reordered, this just takes a little sorting.
