ISAMIP no Anthropogenic emissions runs #34

The MAM run is finished (I ran 12 years, postprocessing now). Plot attached and path /glade/scratch/visioni/archive/ISAMIP_NAT_CESM2MAM4_WACCMMA2000climo

For the CARMA run: @zywshoon can you confirm which case I should clone? I see two in your case directory: ISAMIP_CESM2CARMA_WACCMMA2000climo and ISAMIP_CESM2CARMA_WACCMMA2000climo_carmatag11 and I'd like to clone the right one. Thanks!

New CARMA case here: /glade/work/visioni/cases/ISAMIP_NAT_CESM2CARMA_WACCMMA2000climo I commented in the user_nl_cam case the anthropogenic emissions just like I did for MAM, however, there are only the gas emissions. Are there other (aerosol) emissions not in the user_nl_cam that I would need to remove elsewhere @tilmes ?

Yes, you also need to comment out as shown below, use ! not ; emissions_specifier = ! 'BC -> /glade/p/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata/atm/cam/chem/emis/CMIP6_emissions_2000climo_2deg/emissions-cmip6_bc_a4_anthro_surface_2000climo_1.9x2.5_c20200422.nc', 'BC -> /glade/p/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata/atm/cam/chem/emis/CMIP6_emissions_2000climo_2deg/emissions-cmip6_bc_a4_bb_surface_2000climo_1.9x2.5_c20200422.nc', !
