WACCM MA 2deg CARMA nudged, Vehkamaki vs Zhau #7

Two different model runs are compared to identify if we want to use Zhau or Vehkamaki for WACCM-MA nudged 2deg CARMA.

Vehkamaki (continued till 2003 for background aerosol evaluation), need to add output for size distribution for 2000-2003: /glade/p/cesm/chwg_dev/tilmes/cases/carma/FWmaCARMAnudged.f19_f19_mg17.carma_trop_strat06.1990_2000.vehk_nuc.14TgS

Zhau (continued till 2003) /glade/p/cesm/chwg_dev/tilmes/cases/carma/FWmaCARMAnudged.f19_f19_mg17.carma_trop_strat06.1990_2000.2003

Comparisons between the Zhau scheme and Vehkamaki scheme show some differences:

And earlier runs show also some differences

At this point, we decided to continue with the Zhau scheme for the Issue #1 simulation.
