update pyReshaper and geyser intel machine settings

update the pyReshaper to v1.0.6.
update the geyser machine modules to use Intel build libraries rather than GNU to support inter-node MPI communication.

Tested using @sherimickelson raw history data and pp caseroot: /glade/p/work/aliceb/sandboxes/runs/test_new_cheyenne_setup6--compressed
