Cecile has been doing a lot of work in her amwg diagnostics code sandbox that needs to be merged into the parallel branch for postprocessing at: https://svn-ccsm-models.cgd.ucar.edu/tools/proc_atm/amwg_diagnostics/branches/parallel_amwg_diag

This merge actually needs to take place in the atm_diag subdir in the github repo. The SVN parallel branch is no longer being maintained.
