Create clean 'most important metrics' page #95

We'd like to gather the top ten or so most important metrics from across numerous components and include them on one 'quick-look' page.

This would be great to have relatively soon (eg, prior to May 9th CGD Exchange), because it would increase the usability of CUPiD in CESM Development and simplify the user experience while looking at output.

I think it's great to have this as an issue ticket, but it's worth noting that the CESM co-chairs have been asked to provide this prior to a CESM Project meeting in a few weeks so we should wait for that to be available rather than trying to create the list ourselves.

Also, does this issue replace #6, #7, #8, #9, and #10?

I think this will require:

  1. Information from CESM co-chairs regarding a list of the most important metrics (which maybe replaces those aforementioned issues, and also is not quite in the scope of CUPiD issues)
  2. Creating a page to host those most important metrics. Maybe this issue can focus on tackling this part.
