bug: Broken link in the DART Tutorial for Configuring MATLAB for DART and netCDF #441

DART user Anthony Holmes reported to Brett @braczka that there's a broken link on the DART Tutorial page for Configuring Matlab® for netCDF & DART:

The user should be linked to a description of how to add a path to MATLAB so that the DART MATLAB scripts are accessible.
