Stub of an issue to track what changes if any are needed to use the CAM6+DART Reanalysis as forcing with

CESM 2.3 mct CESM 2.3 nuopc - Default is nuopc for CESM2.3 CESM 3 (unreleased, nuopc only)

This is just running cesm2_3_beta12 multi-instance with NINST=8

CAM-FV	runs	does not build
CLM	runs	run fails
POP	runs	run fails

There are related issues in #463, which led to CIME #4409 and CMEPS PRs #378 and #379.
