Building any of the various DART programs that require hdf5
Derecho has a newer version of hdf5 (1.12.2)compared to Cheyenne, and the name of one of the libraries has changed.
Instead of -lhdf5hl_fortran its -lhdf5_hl_fortran
Update the rttov mkmf.templates mkmf.template.rttov.gfortran mkmf.template.rttov.intel
with a comment to use -lhdf5hl_fortran if you are using an older version of hf5 (note to self: look up which version has the change).
Add note in rttov docs about linking to hdf
