Using a new (0Z) SST file that includes Jan. 2020 concatenated onto the previous 2011-2019 (0Z) file.

Looked through the SST_cpl and ice_cov fields in the updated SST file: /glade/work/raeder/Models/CAM_init/SST/avhrr-only-v2.2011-202001_0Z_filled_c200810.nc The fields look good.
