Create a github where we can track progress, share simulation requirements, discuss model performance/biases, etc.

Create project board to track action items. Note that bigger action items might warrant being converted into an issue for more sustained conversation.

Suggest individual project boards for each core project to help track/organize effort, if folks feel it would help their project progress.
