It is better to refer to the directory relative to the root, rather than the github web pages. For example, https://github.com/NCAR/IPT/tree/master/Emissions/Fire/FINN should be Emissions/Fire/FINN/
The reason is that we will probably produce a "release" branch that has static files. "master" in the above refers to the current development branch. The other reason is that people are often looking at their cloned code. In that case they would never see the /tree/master/ in their directory structure.
Could you fix the directory locations?
Yes, more detail is in the wiki, and some instructions with each tool.
