Need a place to store test files. #9

Test files (*.nc) are too large to be stored in GitHub. We need a place to store example (test) files:

EPA file,
CAMS file,
CMIP file,
FINN file test Grid Files:
MPAS
CAM-SE-RR And lastly the expected output from those tests
EPA_MPAS -...

Our anonymous FTP area is probably the best place... I have made you the owner of the following directory on nitrogen.acom.ucar.edu: /ftp/MUSICA Place any test files there and they will then be accessible at: ftp://ftp.acom.ucar.edu/MUSICA

This group (@lkemmons and @tilmes ) seems uninterested in having a test suite. They plan to move to the online-regridding tools. Thanks for setting this up @dattilo. But it seems as if we are not going to use this space.
