d_max, land only (ctsm51_cesm23a16bctsm51d130_ne30pg3ne30pg3mg17_GSWP3V1_SturmSnowtk_dmax_1850) #17

Description: The coupled and land only PPE projects identified d_max (the dry surface layer (DSL) parameter) as a parameter that could help snow melt, although this maybe more important for coupled simulations...

It looks the the default value for d_max is 0.15m, and for this I think we want to use the high side change (0.6m) from the PPE? @linniahawkins or @aswann can you confirm this?

I'd build on the Sturm case, #10

I confirmed with Claire that we used the values from Daniel's one at a time PPE, so whatever was used there is what we implemented in our coupled runs. We didn't save a separate version of that spreadsheet.
