upplim_destruct_metamorph, land only (ctsm51_cesm23a16bctsm51d130_ne30pg3ne30pg3mg17_SturmSnowtk_UDM_GSWP3V1_1850 #22

Description: I noticed in @adrifoster's FATES albedo results that upplim_destruct_metamorph seemed to have a positive effect on FSR in the regions where we're trying to melt snow / grow plants. Looking at other plots in #3 it seems like the low value for this parameter is what we want (100, which represents the CLM4 value.).

starting an AD spinup with initial conditions from the postAD Sturm run setting reseed=.true.
