Hillslope Transient BGC #26

Description: Test run for hillslope with active bgc and transient land use.

Case directory: Locally: /glade/u/home/swensosc/cases/hillslope_bgc_npft_2_transient/

Sandbox: Locally: /glade/work/swensosc/ctsm_code/hillslope_hydrology/

@swensosc , if you can point me to a tag you want to use for hillslope, and any namelist settings, etc. that are required, I can start setting this up, and maybe at least get some spinup started before the machines go down.

Sean may have already started this successfully. Were you able to check you history output, @swensosc?

yes, it seems to be running properly at this time.
