CRU-JRA BGC control w/ SNICAR and CRU-JRA FLDS (ctsm51_ctsm51d150_ne30pg3ne30pg3mg17_CRUJRA_FLDS_1850AD, 1850pAD, 1850) #40

Description: Same as ctsm51_ctsm51d150_ne30pg3ne30pg3mg17_CRUJRA_1850AD, 1850pAD, 1850 but using CRUJRA FLDS. ILAMB results (https://webext.cgd.ucar.edu/I20TR/ctsm51d142_f19_CRUjra_hist_flds/lnd/_build_ILAMB2_7_ForcingDatasets_flds/) indicated that using CRUJRA FLDS, instead of the CLM calculation, improved temperature and snow cover at high latitudes. Note that SNICAR and Meier roughness are included here as in the CRUJRA simulation noted above.
