Added mkmf as subtree - Githubissues

Removed mkmf submodule, and re-added it as a subtree. This allows us to make changes in mkmf without having to making changes in upstream.
Added cheyenne intel mk template into mkmf subtree.

Thanks for these updates. Once we're ready to put up some test cases I will provide one that I have in my private repository. Any progress on the wiki yet?

Scott,

I think we are ready to put up test cases at this point. I believe Gustavo will also add a new case soon. As for wiki, I have just written a "Getting Started" page (see https://github.com/NCAR/MOM6-cases/wiki/Getting-Started ) and will work on expanding it. Please make changes in wiki as you see fit.
