CleanHofX task failure #290

CYLC suites sometimes are stopped for no evident reason, most likely due to the long wait time of jobs in the queue because of Derecho slowdowns. CleanHofXBG task fails when the suite is reload/replayed after it stopped with the message: 'ExperimentDirectory variable undefined'
