Make Z stretch more prominent #2896

Stretching the Z axis is done automatically by default. Do we know that it's stretching by the right amount? Some users are confused about it, as in this thread:

This parameter is also buried in the Scene->Viewpoint->Transform tab.

How can we make this more easy to find and adjust?
