Camera Controls: Rejected input for up-vector #317

Input seems to get rejected for the up-vector in the camera controls via the Navigation tab.

To reproduce: 1) Spin up Vapor, load KatrinaMaster.nc 2) In the Navigation tab + Viewpoint tab, change the Z up vector to .5, press enter, nothing happens.

Related to #865. We should probably remove "Future Features" entirely.
