TwoD Data: No LSB modules are available #869

To reproduce:

  1. Open vapor
  2. Import data: ROMS/jsmall/b.n20.B1850CN.f09_g16.ccs1.02.roms.ha.0090-02.nc
  3. Create a 2D renderer. Enable it.
  4. Terminal prints "No LSB modules are available" VAPOR hangs

Update on June 11 2018: It actually crashes with our released binary.

Update on 12/20: it's not observed on MacOS. Cannot test linux because issue #1082
