Child plotting around midnight #193

Currently the children that plot data vs. time have a bug that causes plots to look weird at midnight. Data is dragged from 24UTC to 0UTC because there is no check that the time stamps are monotonically increasing.

Added a function to handle this today. Will test around midnight UTC but all tests seemed good. Running on all MPD systems for all time series data.

Checked all 5 MPD systems and the time series issues is now fixed I believe.
