Laser Locking Child - Initial Etalon Temp #212

Check if the initial etalon temperature is being sent to initialize the software. Suspect it is not being sent which makes it possible that the etalon temperature is allowed to be wrong.

It looks like the initialization function has the wrong command. As a result the command is not recognized and ignored.

Just tested the push on MPD05 and it looks like it is doing as desired.
