Labview writing its own configure file #237

I think a nice addition to the software would be to include a button that would allow the user to write a configure file. That might create a new file and save the old one to a different location. That would allow those files to be slightly more manageable, especially laser locking and MCS.

Done for the laser locking for laser temperatures in particular. Not wanting to go much further than that so I will close issue with just the first step.
