Homogenize usernames/passwords #240

Currently, there has been no effort made to make all the router passwords the same. This would be helpful when all instruments are in the field so multiple username/password combinations are not needed.

MPD 02-05 all have PDU usernames and passwords that are constant

MPD 02, 03, and 05 all have UPS usernames and passwords that are constant. MPD 04 is being obsyanant
