Python: Include power exponent in netcdf files #264

Matt has requested that the power exponent from the power measurements be included in the data stream. I would like to generalize and include everything that is available from the data stream in the netcdf files.

The power exponent is now going into the files when I switched from MakeChildFiles to MakeChildFilesV2.
