TypeDef_Thor8000ControlType not interpreted properly #265

I used to use a threshold of 15 to differentiate between lasers and etalons. Can't do that any more because the traveling wave amplifiers are after the etalons. Just need to rework because the Thor8000 function crashes at the moment.

I believe this problem is now solved but the fact that I need to write the command string twice for TCP comms still confuses me. But testing of this program looked okay.
