MCS data display is not correct #267

When I changed the data display from a chart to an XY graph, the labeling and plotting have been screwed up. I would like the user to not have to tell the program twice what the data is (both what each channel is and what to label it). I would like the program to figure out what data is available and label it appropriately...and programmatically at run time.

An additional point is to get rid of the old maps that Brad was using to define data locations. They are no longer needed and just cumbersome.

I believe this is done. I broke the link to the advanced vis child but I am not surprised by that because it is expecting a fixed size data array...which it is now not. I will label that as a new bug but close this.
