Currently, the bounds of the WV and optical depth children need to be initialized better. Not sure what is going on but they initialize to 150k meters and maybe 20 minutes.

This might now be done. Tested on MPD01 and seemed to work. Simple bug showed up on WVOffline NRB because the X axis bounds were being set vs the y axis. The other issue was that the default values were set incorrectly. In the latest Adv. Vis commit...I updated both and tested. Will try on the other instruments but I think this is done. Will re-open if I cam wrong.
