Description: New control simulation equivalent to what is in the coupled run (#111).

We include in this run:

The CAM_CONFIG_OPTS is set to: -phys cam_dev -microphys mg2 -chem waccm_sc_mam4 -nlev 58

The run uses ncdata and bnd_topo

Originally, we tried to include cosp but we ran into issues. cosp will be included in future runs.

FYI: Here are the error when I tried to add cosp using: -cosp in CAM_CONFIG_OPTS and cosp_passive = .true. in user_nl_cam.

We will investigate the error. In the mean time, I restarted with a small perturbation and I passed the crashing point.

FYI We just integrated vector plots (for TAU) but these seem to not be working at the moment
