Description: Same as #132 but with updated sandbox to fix revice issues.

ADF diags are done for f.cesm3_cam058_mom_b.FWscHIST.ne30_L58.001 vs OBS here

@adamrher: the ADF diags confirms that the new sandbox produces the same climate as cam6_3_041. This will be used as the new milestone for the upcoming coupled simulation.

looking at Justin's diagnostics, 100% agree.
