Description: New coupled simulation similar to 009 (issue #136) but with the FV dycore.

011 is 40 years. Here are the updated timeseries from @JulioTBacmeister Screen Shot 2022-07-18 at 2 27 28 PM

An updated ADF run 011 vs 009 for years 0020 - 0040 are here.

The RESTOM time series is not plotted on a 5-year running average, just year to year (this is in on the list of next steps).

I apologize for the obnoxious dropdown styling for this version 😅
